Dolash Advisory Partners was founded on a simple but powerful belief: business owners navigating private equity, venture capital, or M&A transactions deserve an advisor who’s been on both sides of the table, someone who understands what investors demand and what operators can actually deliver.
After nearly six years at Deloitte’s Strategy & Transactions practice advising on deals across various industries, our founder stepped inside a PE-backed company to lead financial strategy and capital raising efforts. That experience revealed a critical gap in the market: most advisors help business owners get institutional capital, but very few help them succeed once it arrives. The demands that private equity, venture capital, and growth equity ownership place on a company’s finance function, including compressed reporting timelines, value creation accountability, covenant compliance, and investor committee dynamics, are fundamentally different from anything most management teams have navigated before.

Dola brings deep expertise in corporate finance, M&A, and institutional capital partnerships to small and mid-sized business owners navigating critical strategic and financial decisions.
EXPERIENCE
Deloitte Strategy & Transactions – Approximately five and a half years providing comprehensive corporate finance advisory on transactions ranging from $5M to $2B across technology, financial services, logistics, energy, manufacturing, hospitality and healthcare sectors.
Services included: buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence, business valuations, complex financial modeling (DCF, LBO, merger models), quality of earnings assessments, fairness opinions, target identification, strategic feasibility analyses, goodwill impairment testing, and transaction execution support.
Dola’s accounting foundation and audit support experience provide critical expertise in financial reporting, internal controls, and accounting systems—helping businesses strengthen their infrastructure, remediate weaknesses, and prepare for investor scrutiny. This includes designing investor-ready chart of accounts, implementing internal controls, preparing carve-out financials, and navigating complex technical accounting issues.
